I echo your response. Someone needs to step forward (and follow through, of
course) to make this happen. If Europe doesn't work out perhaps someone in
Austrailia, China or India would be interested in stepping forward? If no
one comes forward, nothing will happen. An institutional home would also be
an interesting idea to discuss. Of course, nothing will now happen in
2001,and 2002 is unlikely. That will put us again at four years between
conferences. This is clearly too long.
