I fully agree with the concern that more women should involved and represent their interests in dance and technology. Certainly there are many women on this list who are VERY active... and could fill the role of being on the board. However, assuming the responsiblities on an International board is very time consuming, and sometimes means spending your own money to travel and attend meetings. Perhaps some of the women on this list are already over committed and unable to take on the job at this time. This doesn't mean that they wouldn't be available on the next round.
