1. Your full contact info - address, voice, etc.
2. A website address to contact your particular program
3. The level of participation: Undergraduate Degree in DT, Graduate Degree in
DT, Undergraduate focus in DT, Graduate focus in DT or Integration of
technology in coursework, but no specific degree awarded
